Natural light in the morning, low light in the evening, and music at a level that lets your instructor speak normally.
There is no queue for a machine and no fight for a spot at the front, because there is no front. Five reformers, arranged so the instructor can reach all of them.
Facilities
Trafalgar House has two on-site showers and changing rooms that can be used when needed. In a hurry and need to get back to work? We have you covered.
