Boutique Reformer Pilates · Altrincham

Small classes.
Big difference.

Stand taller, move more easily and feel stronger every week, in a room of five, with an instructor who never loses sight of you.

  • Five-person classes
  • Expert instructors
  • All levels welcome

Small by design

Five is
enough.

Most studios fill the room. We fill five reformers, because that is the number an instructor can genuinely teach, not simply supervise.

You are never a body at the back. Your springs get set for you, your form gets corrected in the moment, and by the third visit someone knows which shoulder you are working around.

New to reformer

Never tried
reformer?
Perfect.

Reformer looks like a machine with opinions. It is really just adjustable resistance, and a first class is a slow, guided introduction to it.

  1. 01

    No previous pilates experience required.

  2. 02

You do not need to be flexible.

  3. 03

You do not need to be particularly fit.

  4. 04

Your instructor explains the machine before you move.

  5. 05

Resistance adapts to you, spring by spring.

  6. 06

With five people in the room, help is always close.

What changes

It is not about the machine. It is about how you feel by week six.

01

Less back pain

Deep support work that takes the load off an aching lower back, gradually and safely.

02

Better posture

The change you notice in photographs, not just in the mirror on the way out.

03

More mobility

Hips, spine and shoulders that move freely again after years at a desk.

04

Real strength

Controlled resistance that builds capacity you can feel carrying shopping and children.

05

More energy

Fifty minutes that leaves you awake rather than wrecked.

06

Quiet confidence

Knowing what your body can do and being genuinely surprised by it.

07

Healthy ageing

Low impact, joint-friendly work that keeps you strong for decades, not weeks.

08

Less stress

One hour a week where nothing is asked of you except attention.

The team

In a room of five, you get to know each other.

Our instructors teach the same faces week after week. They remember your injuries, your springs and how your Tuesdays usually go.

The studio

A room built for five, not for scale.

Warm light, quiet music, good equipment and enough floor space to move around every machine. No queue for a spot, no shouting over a sound system.

Changing space, showers and everything you need on arrival — described here as placeholder detail until the studio's final facilities are confirmed.

Gift Reformer
